Visit Township of Springfield website for information on Springfield history from the Springfield Historical Society. While at the library, check the "Local History" tab on the Library Catalog screen. You will be able to view historical pictures, newspapers and documents. The Local History collection of digitized documents is only available on computers in the library building.
