Attend Chair Yoga from the comfort of your home! Your favorite instructor, Tamara Tsoutsouris, will continue to teach her popular classes every other Friday from 12:30pm to 1:15pm, via Zoom. (Note: Chair Yoga was every Friday in June, but going forward it will be every other Friday).
