The Springfield Free Public Library is pleased to host the members of the Westfield Weavers Guild for a day of fiber craft demonstrations from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturday, November 2.
Items crafted by members of the Guild will also be on display and available for sale. The Guild was formed in 1947 for the purpose of establishing a cooperative learning environment with a free exchange of weaving information and where there could be a mutual encouragement of efforts by the members to both improve their skills and to expand their knowledge of weaving and the fiber arts. The demonstrations will take place throughout the day in the Donald B. Palmer Museum.
