Art Weintraub, real estate broker and adjunct professor at Montclair State University, will offer a presentation on the basics of buying and selling a home, along with a discussion of the various types of real estate transactions that can be entered into for investment purposes. Topics of the presentation will include how to determine a selling price, the process of price negotiation, home inspections, choosing an attorney, obtaining a mortgage and more. Weintraub, a long time Springfield resident, earned both his bachelor and master’s degrees from Montclair State University.

The program will take place in the library’s Donald B. Palmer Museum at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10.
